DIY Aspirations...

I am wanting to create some headboards for the twins' room. I am really not wanting to spend any extra money on bedding so I am trying to put together a look using our existing color scheme.
Here are a few looks that are inspiring me.
Really, I like the wall treatment better than anything in this photo!
But the headboards are cute too.
How can you not be inspiring by the Little Green Notebook and this beautiful room she created?
I especially love this room because we have a very similar set up in our room. There is a large window and we have two beds to design around. I don't however have as much wall space on either side of the window.

Wish me luck!

Love all these inspiring photos! I am slightly obsessed with upholstered headboards right now but regret that I am leagues away from diving into anything diy at the moment. Can't wait to see what you come up with!

I've had that last pic from Little Green Notebook saved in my favorites folder for awhile...beautiful colors, perfect for a little girl's room! And I agree, I LOVE that blue and white striped treatment. Good luck!
