What is Finger Print Friday?

There is a song by Steven Curtis Chapman that says:
I can see the fingerprints of god
When I look at you
I can see the fingerprints of god
And I know its true
You're a masterpiece
That all creation quietly applauds
And you're covered with the fingerprints of god
So look around you and see where YOU can see God's fingerprints. Is it in nature? Kids? Animals? Where do you see them? 

I am so thankful this sweet boy has been put in my life. He is totally going through a cuddly mama's boy stage and I am eating it all up!

And for today, I am thankful God let me in this wonderful woman's life. My Grandmother. By far the most wonderful woman in my life. She loves my children and they love her. Unfortunately she doesn't live close, so we are anxious to see her over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Can't wait!

This past week our world is changing. The shop that I have been working at will be closing and I have had emotional decisions to make. And after 11 years of doing hair will be staying home full time with my children. It is bitter sweet. After making the decision to homeschool, yet still work part time I feel as though this is the Lords way of telling my what my priority should be. My children, and rightfully so. I look forward to this journey with my family. And thank the Lord for showing me the way. I love this photo of Rhett, because it seems to represent the journey we will be traveling together.

"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and be courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go."  Joshua 1:9

It's Finger Print Friday again...

This week a special package arrived at our house, it was our school curriculum!

I was not going to do a formal curriculum this year for preschool, I was going to wait until next year. The opportunity arrived to be involved in a co-op and get a darn good deal on a fun program. So I said all that to say, Rhett was sooooooo excited he woke up in the night asking me if we could do school!

I can't tell you how blessed I feel to be able to teach my children and how exciting to see him have that love for learning...

The twins were just as interested! I love it!

I almost forgot Fingerprint Friday! And today my thoughts are with my baby girl. She has a virus and a very soar throat. Kids certainly remind me of how precious life is. How thankful I am to have my little family. Get well soon sweet pea!
