 I have in the mail a new camera and lens! I am excited beyond words!

It has been on my list for at least a year and a half!

Aren't photos just the most inspiring thing?

Capturing life's simplest moments,

the ones you cherish for a lifetime.

Now, 

if I could just borrow a pinch of my uber talented friend Shannon's mad skills...

Well a girl can dream right?!

Home Sweet Home...

Ahh, my dream home. I came across this pretty, pretty place for sale. If I were going to buy a home today this one would top the list. LOVE IT!

The view looking from the entry way towards the dining area and living room. Love the shared fireplace and the wood floors. I have always adored the arched windows and doors of older homes and this one has that same charm.

Wish List...

Well I am now realizing that the camera I bought last year is not what I should have. Darn it. I had purchased a Fuji that sounded like it had a great zoom. Thinking that buying a camera with interchangeable lenses would be over my head I purchased the Fuji. Mistake. So I am currently drooling over the Canon Rebel XSi. With it's 12 mp, and interchangeable lenses. So a saving I will be, for this swoon worthy camera. In hopes of getting Ashley like photos. One can dream can't she!
