No not that kind of nookie, get your minds out of the gutter. I have been staring down this hallway for 3 years trying to figure out what I wanted to do with that space. There was enough room to do something, but a small scale something. So after I bought one of these shelves for my living room it dawned on me that I could create a nook like the ones I love in all of these old midtown homes. So here it is. I absolutely love the results!

Yes, I found the shelves at Lowe's. Really inexpensive and easy to hang. I had tried some of those shelves from Kohl's that were self leveling, but they were not very sturdy.
I like the "nookie" too. Good job. BTW, I hope you got my voice mail that I won't be at my appointment tomorrow...

Busted. Totally had my mind in the gutter when I read the post title! Very chic! Looks amazing. You know, you'll never be able to move... that's what keeps happening to me. The more I do, the more I like it. I especially like the picture close-up of you and Josh.
