Not What You'd Expect...

Not what you would expect from a new construction. I would say more often than not when you build a brand new home you add the charm after move in. Seems like so many new homes are rather cookie cutter. Well I came across a beauty, where charm abounds even before you move in...

That does look like a gorgeous home. Is that an outdoor fireplace in the last image? How great would that be to have a party out there in the early autumn with a blazing fire?

I have to agree with you, that most of new homes or new buildings become their charm after move in, but this house has it before. It needs only few last touches and it will be perfect. According to the photographs it has very usable space for furniture and accessories to create a perfect stylish home.
